Episode Three of A Pitcher Full!

This week, I sit down with my friend Frank, a Toronto based Software Consultant who took a three year sabbatical to find more in life. He wasn't sure what he was looking for but knew that there had to be more out there.

Along the way, he learned about mindfulness and meditation, how to take a step back in each moment, and how to ask better questions of himself and others, to get better answers. He was then able to bring those skills back home to create a happier and healthier personal and work life.

This is a great episode to learn about how to walk away, different modalities of healing, and things you can do RIGHT NOW, where ever you are to make your life better.

Personal note!

I met Frank at a week long seminar called "The Hoffman Process" and I highly recommend the program. Check the hyperlink above to find out more.
